Our vacation rental home has recently been completely updated with new paint, furniture, bedding and more. The spacious living area has a nice and open feel with an a nearby dining area and full kitchen. There are sliding doors leading to the expansive screened lanai. The main level of our home has a half bathroom as well. Up the stairs is the master bedroom suite with a very comfortable king sized bed, en-suite bathroom and sun deck. The second level also features a guest bedroom with an all new king sized bed, en-suite full bathroom and a small alcove in between the bedrooms with a bunk bed for additional guests. Sunset Captiva community features great amenities including a large heated pool, bbq grills, tennis courts, direct beach access and even boat dockage (fee applies). With it's Village Area location you can also park at the home and walk to the beach as well as nearby shops and restaurants.brbrThe dock for Sunset Captiva is currently available dusk to dawn as electric has not yet been established. The 2nd bedroom is also on the 1st floor, has 2 queen beds, 43” TV and DVD player. There is an adjoining bathroom with a bathtub/shower. The 3rd (queen) BR and 4th (king) BR are connected (pass thru the 3rd BR to 4th BR), and located on the 2nd floor. This arrangement works well for a family, as they are on a separate floor with full bathroom. TV's, king BR has DVD player. Ceiling fans are in each room. There is a kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, microwave on this floor, and has access to the roof top deck.
