After a long day of work you can sit out on the deck the fans going and just looking out at the trees and skies. There's a grill for cooking out with tables and chairs. There's also furniture just to sit around and talk with your friends and family. If you want to come down and enjoy the backyard there's a full outdoor kitchen with sitting area and a tiki bar. There's also a water feature with a gazebo two swinging chairs and a sitting area. We butt up against Pinellas trail for biking and walking. Beyond that is Taylor Park it's a beautiful lake that you can walk around and enjoy the scenic views. This property is already landscaped with new white vinyl fence all the way around it for privacy. There's restaurants and shops close by you can walk too. They just opened a new coffee shop just down the street. In the apartment there is a stand-up shower plus a tub that's a Jacuzzi.
