Dogs ONLY and they must not weigh over 40 pounds. No cats due to allergies. The pet fee is for one dog. More than one dog will have to be approved and additional fees could apply. All dog waste must be picked up and deposed of in the trash. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or on the comforters of the beds unless a cover is used. Pet covers will be provided. Pets should not be left unattended in the property at any time unless they are crated. If your dogs feet are wet or dirty they need to be cleaned before entering the property. Towels and poop bags will be provided. brbrHouse Rules:brAbsolutely NO SMOKING of any kind inside the property, garage or the lanai. If this rule is broken you will be charged a $250 fee.
