The well-stocked kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and a large pantry to stock up on lots of food. Small appliances include a Vitamix professional blender, slow cooker, coffee pot, tea kettle, french press, coffee grinder, and popcorn popper. The living rooms has seating for 6 around a large screen smart tv that is equipped with google cast, so cast your favorite shows, movies or music from your phone, and use netflix equipped on the tv or available cable. Or sit on the balcony and watch the beautiful Florida sunsets. I am looking for someone responsible who will occupy one of the rooms, potentially both of the rooms, for a discounted rate. The one Catch is that the person renting would need to be responsible for taking care of my eight-year-old French bulldog. He is extremely well-behaved, takes very little work to care for him, And is the sweetest dog on planet earth. I realize that this is a bit of orthodox, but this is what I am looking to achieve.
