The quiet deed restricted community called Bay Vista is also immediately adjacent to Lemon Bay Park - a 210-acre nature park with 1.7 miles of shoreline on the beautiful Lemon Bay Aquatic Preserve. So a quiet walk among tropical birds, eagles, tortoises, manatees, and more can be found right at the end of our street.brbrBut what about the beach , you ask. This home is only 10-15 minutes away from FIVE different gulf coast beaches - Manasota Key Beach, Englewood Beach, Stump Pass, Blind Pass, and Caspersen.brbrThis home is in walking/biking distance to Old Englewood Village - Englewood's historic downtown. First settled in 1878, this former fishing village is charming and laid-back and is home to some great eateries, boutiques, and galleries. The Village is home to several popular ongoing events, including the Englewood Farmers' Market (every Thursday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., October through May) and Cruisin' on Dearborn Street (the first Saturday of every month at 5 p.m.), a free vintage and antique car show.brbrAlso, if you want a taste of New Florida for a bit, travel 10 minutes to Venice, Florida.
