Amazing and Large lake property with modern kitchen and appliances and large upper and lower decks with the most amazing views of Watts Bar Lake and the rolling hills. You will never see a more beutiful sunset over the lake than here. brbrYou have access to two boat slips at the community dock (many larger family groups bring two boats) which is a 5 min walk from the property or a short golf cart ride. Yes, you can use the golf cart to go to the dock, bring your toys down to the lake and/or check out the area. You have to go down some stairs to access the dock, this may be difficult for people with disabilities (see pictures so you can decide). There is an inflatable 2 man kayak and raft you can use at your own risk to boat and float and do a little fishing. Some water toys as well as a few life jackets. Also a few fishing poles and light fishing tackle you can use if you did not bring your own. Fishing from the dock is one of my favorite things to do and you almost always catch something from catfish to crapie. If you do not have a boat there are multiple marinas that rent boats near the home. Blue springs, Euchee and Spring City Marinas. I think Blue Springs has the best rental boats, alwasy new each season. Sand harbor beach and many other great places to visit on your boat are a just a short boat ride away.brbrWe just put in a large fire pit this year that is amazing with lots of downed wood on the property to use. When I am out I usually buy some wood and put it under the deck, if there is any left you can use that, also some rounds that need splitting Go for it if you are feeling strong. There is also a large rope swing from a huge tree. Kids and adults love this but use at your own risk.brbrThis property is very private and toward the end of the road so you will hear no road noise, just an occasional boat driving by and the birds. Sit on the deck and watch the deer, birds and beautiful lake and hills. brbrHome has three stories. Main floor has kitchen living spaces and the master bedroom/Bath and access to the large upper deck with enough chairs for everyone as well as a guest 1/2 bath. The upper level has two bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bath between them, each with their own toilet and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Next to the laundry room is a bonus room with bunk bed (2 twins). The lower level has a full bathroom and large bedroom there is a queen, full size and a twin in this room. This area also has a small gym with exercise equipment to keep you in shape if you so desire during your vacation as well as a foosball table. The bottom level also has a patio with great views of the lake and access to the grass area in the yard. Covered parking right in front of the house keeps your car out of the weather. Plenty of games and books and puzzles in the cabinets for you to enjoy and lots more. brbrThis is the perfect place for large family gatherings, and there have been many. Come and enjoy.

The rest of the main floor consists of a hallway accessed full bathroom, a Queen bedroom with a 1/2 bath on-suite and the bunk room with 4BR's. brbrHeading upstairs via the central stair case, you'll find 4 total Bedrooms all with King Beds. They flank each side of the house. Between the 4 bedrooms are 2 full bathrooms. The lake facing bedrooms each have doorways out to the balcony overlooking the lake and the backyard. A perfect place to enjoy the sunrise with a cup of Joe. Each bedroom has a sizable closest, the 2 lake facing bedrooms have almost room sized closets that we've found can make a sleeping alcove for infants or toddlers. brbrThe large lot is yours to enjoy and recreate. There is a patio and firepit down by the lake as well as the boathouse with tandem double slip as well as a floating platform for standup paddle boards or jet skis. As mentioned, Blue Springs Marina is located directly across the lake from our home where you can rent pontoon boats. Blue Springs buys new boats each year for their rental fleet. They are high quality! brbrNOTE: This is a TVA Dammed Lake. The water goes down seasonally and we do not have water to the dock during the winter months. The water starts to recede in NOV and by DEC there is no water at the dock. Water starts to return in late MAR and full pool is the last week of April where water at the dock will be 4 feet deep.brbrThe outdoor shower located on the east side of the home right off the patio. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
