This property is at blue Springs on Norris lake Tennessee A little ways off the main road, sitting on top of a mountain, overlooking the lake, beautiful views, and wildlife all around you less than an eighth of a mile from the boat docks and marina and with boat rental available at the boat Marina to then go out and see this lake is just breathtaking with something like 1000 miles of shoreline and wilderness but also at the same time beautiful restaurants floating on the lake and marinas all over the place. (Closet remains locked for supplies.) The right BR has a queen bed with storage below it, shelving and also an ensuite. The two lower-level bedrooms are windowless, so they are perfect for those afternoon nappers, young and old. The left BR has a queen bed, dresser, end table with OSB ports, a dimmable overhead light with remote, a full-size closet and a large screen television. The right BR has a bunk bed-twin/full size mattresses, futon bed, plus a twin mattress stored below the bunk that is pulled out and remains on the floor. It has a chair for lounging, shelving and also a dimmable light with remote.brWhen you take the stairwell down to the recreation room, you're met again with the full picture windows and a sliding door that leads out to the lower-level deck. There is a large screen, smart T.V. that you can watch a sporting event or movie on. There's a cushy couch and loveseat to lounge upon and the coffee table, it is extendable. You can pull it up for ease of reach or leave it flat, so that you can play one of our interactive family board games together. You could also challenge each other at a game of ping pong or table tiki toss. Your group could karaoke with our rocking-color changing Bluetooth speaker. Everyone can enjoy our rec room-we also have puzzles, cards and a few children books and toys. There is also a breakfast table against the far wall, along with some cabinets, a sink and another refrigerator/freezer for storing any of your overflow food and beverages. The laundry room, on this level, has a washer, dryer, small ironing board and cupboards. (We will provide a few laundry tabs.)brAll of our five immaculate baths feature a vanity sink, roomy shower/tub combo with nice water pressure and above lighting. The first communal bath is off the main floor and second shared bathroom is in the lower level of the house. The other 3 are ensuites. All bathrooms come with 1 SET of TOWELS-that is 1 washcloth, 1 hand towel and 1 body towel for a total of 5 sets. PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR OWN ADDITIONAL BATH TOWELS AND LAKE TOWELS. Our lowest deck has a putting green that you and your friends can test your stroking ability on. We then have tiki toss, tumbling towers and cornhole available for play on the lower-walkout deck. There is a picnic table that can convert into two benches, additional chairs and tables that way the whole group can gather for the festivities. brThe main level deck houses the grill, a covered dining area for six with adjustable lighting, fan, a few chairs and side tables to allow for more seating. The dock has one covered boat slip and can withstand a max dock load of two boats and two jet skis. The dock has towel hooks and sun powered lighting. The still waters of the no-wake cove allow the perfect conditions to take our kayaks out for a spin. You can bring your own floaties, tubes, or mats and recline for hours in these calm, clean waters. You can bring your paddle board and just ride off into the sunset, take a dive off the dock or reel in some nice fish.brFlat Hollow Marina is located just 1/2 mile from our home, so it makes bringing your boat or jet ski a breeze or take up the opportunity to rent one from them! They provide a variety of rentals and supplies.
