Two of the guest rooms are in a hallway off of the living room, with a guest bathroom between them. One of the guest rooms has a queen bed and a smart T.V. The other guest room can sleep three people with a bunk bed (full on the bottom and single on the top). The primary suite is off of the kitchen. It is fitted with a comfortable king bed, smart T.V., ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet. The backyard is not fully fenced, and we do ask that you keep pets off of the furniture. But we are happy to provide a space for people to travel with their dogs. brbrGuests have access to the full property.brbrWe are always available for a text or a phone call during your stay! We love the Nashville area and would love to help you have the best possible experience.brbrWe are a pet-friendly home. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know in advance and select the number of pets you are bringing. We allow up to two dogs. If you have any other type of pet or more than two dogs, please reach out before booking. These are approved on a case-by-case basis. Our standard pet fee is $75, which covers 2 dogs for up to 4 nights. Anything beyond that, you will be charged a separate fee after booking of $15 per night per pet. brbrAfter booking, we will also send you a pet agreement that will need to be signed before your arrival. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host.
