As you pull up the amazing Craftsman house, you will have 1 spot in the garage to park in, 4 spots in the driveway and 1 spot along the street (please no more than 6 cars). You will enter through a smart lock located on the front door. As you enter into this amazing open concept house you will have a large dining area to your right, open kitchen with a cook-top island and HUGE living room to the front of you. At the far end of the living room, on the right will be the laundry room which is open to you, our guests. Once upon a time, Ty Pennington put the largest residential aquarium in the midwest in this home, but fish do not make great short term rental roommates so it is just empty decor. Beyond that aquarium lies another living room with a Futon bed that leads to 1 queen bed bedroom and 1 full bed bedroom with a Jack & Jill bathroom. Back out to the main living room, you will have a huge and luxurious sleep sac sofa that sleeps 2 people as well as 1 futon. The left of the house has an artist studio that has been converted to a bedroom with 1 queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed and another queen bedroom. Through the amazing white subway tile with free standing tub and handicap accessible shower you will enter into the King Bedroom retreat complete with two walk in closets and an office area.
