Even better you can relax in the jacuzzi tub inside or enjoy the scenic views from the hot tub outside. There is also plenty of seating in the dining area to enjoy meals made in the kitchen. We upgraded our water system and tanks beginning of 2023, however, when the house sits vacant for weeks at a time there might be a faint smell of sulfur from the water sitting in the pipes. The upgrades we have made help tremendously but again, when the house sits empty and the water is not moving through the pipes, it can cause a smell. All you need to do is run the hot water for a good 5-10 minutes to get the water going. This is normal for a well in the mountains. Should you have any issues, please contact us! brbrPlease note, if entering from chapman highway, the neighbor at the front of that street used to haul scrap for a living and recently had a house fire- their yard looks like a junk yard. You CANNOT see this from our house. No one lives there, it is just an eye sore. brbrbr***There are security cameras on the OUTSIDE of the home to monitor the home while it is NOT occupied.
