There are about 100 stairs from the house to the dock. The stairs were replaced in the fall of 2023. They are sturdy with railings on both sides and several landings. Exceptions made on a case by case basis for registered service animals for physical disabilities such as blindness.br Please respect and care for our home as if it were your own. This lovely 5 bedroom, 3 bath home has been recently renovated from top to bottom. Enjoy the expansive view from the covered back decks. Added a 4 person side by side to come and go to the water at no extra charge. The upper deck offers seating for 19 and the lower deck holds the hot tub, ping pong table, corn hole and more outdoor seating. 3 bedrooms join full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms share a full hall bath. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy or gather on the main level in the large great room where there is an 85 smart TV for streaming, a 10' dining table, plus additional bar seating. The main level also has a bedroom with a king and a twin size bed and it joins the full hall bath. Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms with 2 queen beds in each room and a full shared bath in between them. The lower level has 2 additional bedrooms with a queen and a twin bed in each room. These 2 bedrooms share a full bath in the hall. Also, on the lower level is a large recreation area with a sofa, love seat, a recliner, 65” smart TV’s, ‘Doc & Pies’ arcade game, pool table, full size fridge, small drink fridge, ice maker, kitchenette, round game/card table and easy access to the private hot tub. All bedrooms and living areas have smart TV’s for streaming. Outside you will find plenty of level parking in the semi-circle drive and no steps to enter the main level. There is a firepit with wood/kindling/roasting sticks and the dock is massive at 1,800 sq. ft. with 2 covered slips, electric and a huge partly covered swim platform.
