The bunk room can sleep a lot of kiddos, making this the perfect type of house to share with another family. The she shed has a combination exercise/meditation area with equipment and a fully appointed desk ready for remote work. Electric car We have a Tesla charger!brbrWe have lots of bed options to make different mixes of families work but given that we are on a small holding tank, we do not want reservations using all the beds. We want to limit adult guests to 4 (6 with no children) and prefer children not exceed 6 with their adults. It is possible to drive to within 25 ft of the water if desired. brbrThe main level offers a roomy modern kitchen with all new appliances, black granite tile and a 9 foot bar area. The dining area and living room offer a wonderful open floor plan. The main level also has a large screened porch which is perfect to curl up and read a book or just enjoy the wonderful natural setting.
