It is in between our building and the building next to it and to park there you MUST back into the space. While this spot is kind of a pain to access, it is definitely a luxury to not have to find street parking. Walking distance (10-15 minutes) to the Old Port, the Ferry to Casco Bay's islands, and downtown Portland as well. If you want a ride, Uber or Lyfte are active here and about $4-5 to get to Old Port.
