We are about 1.5 miles from public access to Lovewell Pond, about 2 miles from the 302 West Smokehouse Tavern and the Fair Grounds Coffee Shop, and a little over 3 miles to the famous Fryeburg Fair, which takes place in October every year. brbrbrbrThe refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave are on the small side...and since the home is set up for short stays, it isn't a cause for concern, but something to be aware of as you plan your stay. What we lack in refrigerator, we make up for with an 85 Smart TV in the living room!! There are also tvs in each bedroom and they all come on with some kind of smart screen, and the house has Spectrum internet wifi service. You're welcome to use the guitar, too.brbrbrbrWe do have a washer and dryer in the basement that you are welcome to use; otherwise the basement is currently used only for our storage. There's a new mini-split heating/cooling system in the house and you'll definitely want to bring some slippers or fluffy socks for the tile and wood floors in the winter time! We have coffees, teas, sugars, sweeteners, honey, some spices and condiments, loads of toiletries, as well as extra sheets and towels available. The kitchen is well stocked with sturdy pots, pans, bakeware, silverware, and other kitchen tools. We have been updating and adding photos as we go.
