The rich Red Oak floors were also sourced from the area.brbrThe kitchen is fully stocked with all the supplies you need, including coffee, olive oil, salt and pepper, paper towels, cookware, plates, bowls, utensils, and more. There are a few old logging roads that are great for hiking, but keep in mind that they aren't currently maintained, so long pants are highly recommended. While there is one other cabin (listing #7713482) within eyeshot on the property, it is 500+ feet away, so you're about as secluded as it gets!brbrAlthough the cabin is secluded, it's less than 25 minutes from Hocking Hills State Park, which offers a range of outdoor activities for visitors. Tar Hollow is also nearby and has a public swimming lake.brbrThe last mile of the road is gravel, but it's worth it! Standard sedans are usually fine as long as you drive slowly and strategically. Sporty low-clearance vehicles should be avoided. All-wheel drive is recommended in the winter months in case there is snow on the ground. brbrThe internet is completely free of charge and is a high-speed low latency Starlink connection, making it easy to stream video or do video calling.brbrWe keep our base rate on the low end and charge additional guest fees based on the number in your group.
