This driveway is shared with the house next door but we own about 2/3rds of it so don't worry too much about snugging up your car right against the house. The quiet, long term tenant parks in front of the house all the way to the left.brbrWe listed the amount this VRBO can sleep as 7, however, there is also a trundle bed underneath the bunk bed, as well as a pull-out single sleeper in the master bedroom that folds up like a chair. These would be comfortable for a small child but not practical for an adult, which is why we kept the sleep count at 7. However, if you are booking with many kids, the sleep count could be increased to 9 if the two sleeping in these beds were small children.

You can easily take day trips to Sandusky or Port Clinton and hop on a ferry to visit the islands of Lake Erie or head east to Cleveland for a day in the city visiting the Rock'n' Roll Hall of Fame or taking in a Cleveland sporting event. We are also only about 30 minutes to Cedar Point, Kalahari and Sports Force Park.brbrWe are less than 2 miles to downtown Vermilion full of shopping, dining and a beach. We are also less than a mile to a beach at the end of Minnie Wawa St which is open to the public. Just beside it is Linwood Park which has a large, private sandy beach which you can access for a fee (contact Linwood Park directly to inquire about day passes).brbrRoute 6 is just a few houses away from our cottage and will serve as an easy route to get anywhere you'd like to go.brbrDriveway is partially shared with the neighbor but provides ample space for your vehicle. There is 38 feet from the very end of the driveway to the street - plenty of room for a smaller boat trailer.

Enjoy the wine cooler in the kitchen as well as the endless supply of ice from the built in ice machine which will be handy for those ice cold drinks in the summer. Tiled floors throughout. Walk up the maritime style steps to the loft which sleeps two on a queen bed. Additionally are a master bedroom which features a queen bed and a third bedroom with a queen bed. Master and second first floor bedrooms feature wall mounted televisions with cable and Roku sticks. There is secure wifi and a dvd player. The bathroom provides a large walk in tile shower. Air conditioned or heated for winter rentals. Covered front porch has seating for up to 6 comfortably, as well as seating on the beach. Before you come in after a long day in the sun and sand, feel free to rinse off in the outside shower. It's convenient to wash off the little ones or just your sandy feet with adjustable water temperature. Please feel free to use the gas grill for cooking out. You are welcome to bring your own beach chairs, sand toys and fun games for the beach or water. However, there are a supply of kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets and a floating pad for your enjoyment without rental fees. You will find a place to fish from the pier, however poles are not provided.
