This is a ground floor apartment with one parking spot that is part of a small complex. You have space for one car down the alley behind the building. There is a living room that offers a brand new couch and chair along with a smart TV. You will have access to Netflix or can log in to other TV apps with your login information. There is wifi throughout the apartment. This unit also offers a full kitchen if you hope to cook a meal and is central enough for delivery of all restaurants that Bowling Green has to offer. The bedroom has a brand new queen bed as well as another smart TV. There is a small desk space if you find yourself needing to get work done while you’re away from home. We keep the bathroom stocked so all towels and showering essentials are there for you to use if you wish. The location allows you to walk downtown if you want to enjoy an evening out for dinner or a drink and is also close enough to campus to head there on foot.
