It features a state-of-the-art split ductless air conditioning system (for those uniquely tropical evenings). The living room features new ceramic tile, a new pullout sectional sofa, end table and a flat panel smart TV with Apple TV and a Sonos playbar for music. The kitchen was completely renovated. The size and usability was enhanced through the creation of an island to replace the previous bar.
