Cook dinner while watching the sunset over the lake or take a short boat ride to a nearby lakefront restaurant for dinner. Lake Murray Boat Rentals deliver and are nearby!brbrOutdoor living: Lake Murray Access & views w/private beach, dock, boat launch, kayaks, paddle boards with life vests available (for babies and toddlers too), Fire Pit, Picnic Table, Outdoor Seating, Patio Seating, Outdoor Fridge, Gas Grill, Huge yard with loads of room for yard games. The Hot Tub is new to 2026 and will be available from September 15th - May 1st. We do not allow guests to use the hot tub in the summer due to Green Algae contamination from the Lake, It would not be possible to maintain water clarity and proper chemical balances during the summer months.brbrIndoor living: Lake Views, flat screen smart tv, washer & dryer, fully stocked kitchen*, central A/C and heat as well as window units for complete comfort on those hot summer days, linens, towels, hair dryer, bathtub, and iron all included. Guest bedroom has an arcade (Ninja Turtles) for any rainy days at the lake. brbrParking: gravel: plenty of space. brbrDock: More than six feet of water at the end of the dock and is able to tie up most boats (fishing boats, pontoons, surf boats, etc. should not have a problem). Boat launch is large enough for our 23ft boat and is available to only our guests. Driveway has plenty of room to park your cars and boat trailer.brbr*kitchen has every appliance except a dishwasher*brbrThe house has exclusive access to the private beach, front lawn overlooking the lake, patio, parking spaces closest to house, 2 kayaks, 2 stand up paddle boards, the kids corner in the outdoor building, and dock. The property is gated on two sides with an iron gate at the front entrance.brAll other outdoor buildings are off limits to guests.brbrGuest Amenities – Add on features for guests looking to save time and hassle at the lake.brTo help make your stay as relaxing and effortless as possible, we offer a few convenient add-on options:br• Outdoor Fire Pit: Guests are welcome to enjoy the fire pit! Please note that there is no handrail and the path down to the dock is slightly uneven so it may not be suitable for some people. A fisherman’s paradise awaits you!brbrThe dock can accommodate two boats and there is a boat landing about 15 minutes away. Relax around the fire pit making smores or enjoying an adult beverage. The property has a private boat dock with plenty of room to accommodate 6 cars & a boat trailer out front. We've provided a pack and play, a high chair and a children's gate for the steps, if needed. There is also a playset for children in the front yard. There is a pull out couch in the loft area for extra sleeping space. This cabin is minutes away from Chapin which has several dining options. If it's a rainy day there is a pool table and juke box for your enjoyment, along with several board games and a computer with internet access. We also have Cornhole so you don't have to pack your boards and bags.
