One main floor bedroom with a queen size bed and a main floor full bathroom with stackable washer and dryer. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and another full bathroom. One bedroom with a king size bed, one bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4), and the last bedroom with a queen size bed and a single bed.brbrOutside you will find a newly installed stamped concrete patio great for gathering with your whole group and a fire pit for relaxing in the evening! Enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and Walnut Beach right from the patio!!brbrThere is not beach access from the backyard. The entrance to Walnut Beach is about a block away. You can walk to Walnut Beach from the house by going down the sidewalk toward the entrance. There is a large public parking lot that is located closer to the beach so it would be much easier to drive and park there if you are taking a lot of things with you to the beach. At the bottom of the hill behind the house, there is a drinking water treatment facility that does not obstruct the view of the lake. It is a quiet and odorless facility.
