You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. brbrSeparate from the cottage, typically beginning in May through mid-October, we have available under a separate lease agreement a nice tritoon for your enjoyment. The tritoon, a 24 foot Sylvan with a 115 hp Yamaha outboard engine, can easily board up to 10 people. It's a very nice boat for cruising the lake, heading to the sandbars, and for fishing. For those of you experienced and comfortable with safely driving and navigating a large pontoon, please let us know and we will provide the pontoon rental cost, lease agreement and further details. Note the tritoon can be rented for a single day, a few days, or all of your stay, but we ask that it be leased for consecutive days only. Important note: if you desire to bring your own boat, please send an inquiry to us before booking as we have very limited space to dock a second boat. As a final note, our dock it typically removed on or after November 1 each year, and reinstalled the 3rd week of April, however these dates could be subject to change depending on our vendor's schedule, weather conditions etc., so please check with us via inquiry before booking. A lake wardrobe should look something like: a single swim suit, a pair of well-loved flip flops, two ragged T- shirts, and one sweatshirt :) Who needs a washer / dryer when at the lake!brbrFeeling warm Great news - the home was recently updated with both Air Conditioning and heat! You can now stay cool inside, but I still recommend taking a dip in the lake, pouring yourself an ice cold beverage, or sitting in the shade to stay cool instead.brbrYour rental includes access to 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, paddles/oars, and life jackets!! If you'd like to rent a pontoon or fishing boat, contact the host for the website link (unable to post here). The pickup point is within walking distance from the cottage to make life incredibly easy :)brbrLooking to enjoy the outdoors You rental comes with access to the grill, yard games like cornhole, yard pong, Bottle Bash / beersbee, etc., floaties/noodles, durable lifetime folding tables and chairs, and much more!brbrBoth our family and the prior owners' family cherish the idea of the lake. It is an escape from everyday life's hustle and bustle and an opportunity to return to a simpler time. While WifI and TV are included, we highly recommend avoiding them! Enjoy the simple pleasures of being outdoors, drinking in the views, boating as much as possible (BYOB - Bring Your Own Boat!), playing yard games and card/board games, connecting with family and friends, and once it gets dark, have some incredible conversation around the bonfire.brbr**Please note that the dock is a seasonal feature.
