The members of the house are careful to end all activities by a reasonable hour, so you likely won't be disturbed, but please be aware of this when classes are in session if events are taking place. Our neighbors across the street are members of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity house. They are equally cautious about being respectful of the neighborhood by keeping things quiet and you shouldn't be bothered by them, but just a heads up if you see any activity in their front yard. You'll enjoy the entire house and even have a private garage, should you choose. Parking is either in the extra-wide, 2-car garage, in front of the garage on the concrete driveway, or in front of the house on the street. Free parking is plentiful throughout the historic district.
