You will have the opportunity to enjoy a delightful 20 acres on private property with mowed nature trails, an old barn that is over 100 years old, a farmhouse with such charm, and it all sits on the shoreline of Beaver Lake.brbrThis private property is at the end of a lane with a gated entrance, and is right on the water's edge with a 180 degree view of the lake.brbrNearest grocery store, liquor store, pharmacy, urgent care, & bank are 15 minutes away.brbrThe Farm House On Beaver Lake is over 100 years old and was updated in 2014. We added modern amenities, while keeping the charm of farm house living; including orginial repurposed wood and shiplap. It has a large screened-in porch across the front of the house with a stunning view of the lake and The Barn. The living room has a 48 flat screen with OzarkGo cable & wifi, and a DVR. The dining room table comfortably seats 8; and there are additional tables, chairs, and TV trays. The kitchen has a 6 burner gas commercial range & stainless appliances; it is fully stocked with pots & pans, glasses, dishes, etc. The laundry room has full size washer & dryer with counter space for storage, and it leads to the backyard. There are five (5) bedrooms each with their own personality; one is downstairs and four are upstairs. Each bedroom has a queen bed; one also includes a crib and another also includes a twin bunk. There are two (2) bathrooms; one on each floor.brbrOutdoors includes an outdoor shower with hot & cold water, picnic table, gas grill, fire pit w/ 10 Adirondack chairs and string lights, tire swings, swing, and two 2-person kayaks with 4 adult life jackets. Bring your own children’s life jackets; life jackets are required when using the kayaks.brbrWe also have LOTS of wildlife. All the posted animal photos were taken on the property by me or my husband. So bring your camera! brbrThe shoreline is a easy stroll where you can safely swim with no steep drop-offs. We do not have a boat dock, but Hickory Creek Marina is only 5.6 miles - where you can launch your boat. We are on the south end of the lake across from point 12 where the White River and War Eagle River merge. This area of the lake is MUCH quieter than the area north of us.brbrAnd the location is GREAT. Enjoy a home cooked meal using the supplied kitchen with pots, pans, cooking and baking ware, Tupperware and everything you may need. You can store refrigerated items or left overs in the new Stainless steel Samsung fridge. You’ll find many options in our coffee + tea station. In the living room there is a desk area that allows you to get any work done. We have also provided a work out station with basic equipment. The fenced backyard offers a deck with seating area to sip your morning coffee or enjoy those evening drinks.brbrEach bedroom offers a plush mattress that will have you wanting to sleep in! Or you can take a day-trip up to the Dam and back while sight-seeing on Beaver Lake.brbr CABIN DESCRIPTIONbrThe cabin has two levels. The top level is accessed from the carport and road. The bottom level opens to the lake. With large-screen TV, the upstairs is mainly an open area for kitchen, dining, and living functions. The kitchen is well-stocked and a list of food-stuffs, dishes, pots/pans, etc. can be provided upon request (too long to include here. Two floor-to-ceiling picture windows give everyone a great view of the lake and the hills beyond. brWith its own television, a separate bedroom (queen) and bath are also upstairs…often used by those who have difficulty with stairs. The upstairs deck area has a covered area with plenty of rocking chairs, porch swing, and table/chairs for eating or games. The connected open deck is for grilling and dining around the firepit. A gas grill is available.brbrThe lower level has a king bed and two twins. This area can be separated into 2-3 rooms with draperies and room dividers if needed. A sitting area with table and chairs, loveseat and arm chairs are also downstairs. This level also has floor-to-ceiling windows to enjoy the views. It is a great area for kids who just want to get away from the adults. Just outside the door is a small covered porch with a porch swing to enjoy if the weather is rainy. A full deck runs completely across the front of the house with lounge chairs, table/chairs, and bar table and chairs. This deck is great for taking in the sun during the day as well as enjoying the night sky of late evening. brbrOn either side of the cabin is a yard swing and picnic table. These are great, too, if the kids want to eat on one side of the house and the adults on the other. brbrDespite sitting just off the road, the property is very private. A chain-link fence with a tall hedge runs the entire length of the property separating it from the road. A privacy fence bounds the property to the north, and the south side is bounded by a chain-link fence.. The lakeside is completely open to the water. The grass is cut to the Corps of Engineers property line. brbrPARKING is limited to three, possibly four spaces. brThe property uses 3 OUTSIDE SECURITY CAMERAS. Pinnacle Prominade, Hogs game, Bentonville Biking, Crystal Bridges, Wal-Mart, JB Hunt, Tyson, etc. It's all easy access from Lakewood Lounge since we're only 2 miles off of I-49! Then once you've settled in for the evening you'll enjoy a cozy and well furnished home in a quiet neighborhood!brbrLakewood Lounge is a 3 bedroom, 2 full-bathroom, single story home in a quiet family friendly community. As you arrive to the home you'll find a lightly sloped driveway that easily accommodates 2 cars. As you enter the home you're greeted with an open concept living, kitchen, dining area. This is ideal for enjoying your time as a group and allows for everyone to interact together. The living room is well lit and furnished with comfortable seating, soft rug, and a 55' Roku smart TV for streaming your favorite shows or games. We also have a basket of games if you'd like to give the screen time a break. In the far nook of the living room you'll find a dedicated work space with desk and office chair because we know that sometimes work has to come with you. brbrFrom the living you open right up to the fully stocked kitchen that can accommodate all of your cooking needs. We have plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans, baking dishes, small and large appliances, etc. We also have a beverage bar with coffee and tea for your enjoyment. Beside the kitchen is a large dining area with seating for 4. We also have barstools at the kitchen island to allow for additional seating.brbrThe master bedroom is located in the back of the home, has plenty of space and a large walk in closet. You'll find an incredibly comfortable queen size bed and a smart TV for streaming those favorite shows from bed. The master bedroom also has an en-suite full bathroom with a large walk-in shower and granite counter tops. brbrBedroom 2 & 3 are located down the hallway off of the living room and share a full bathroom accessed from the hallway as well.
