Cabin 3, better known as the big cabin, comfortability sleeps 14 adults. There are 3 bedrooms, and a huge loft that has been made into a fourth bedroom, as well as two full baths downstairs and a half bath upstairs. There is a master suite with attached bathroom and king size bed, 1 bedroom with a single queen, 1 bedroom with two queen beds, and a loft with 3 queen beds. brbrCabin 3 also has a huge deck overlooking the river, fully furnished with lounge chairs for sitting in the sun, several tables, and a swing. There is also a large fire pit right off the porch to enjoy a fire after the sun goes down. It's the perfect place to pic a guitar and look at the stars!brbrWith the purchase of a fishing license, put a line in the river! Arkansas Fish and Game stock the river with trout and they are always fun to fish. Please make yourself familiar with the fishing regulations in this area, and we ask you to be responsible with our resources. brbrThe cabin is located right outside the wonderful, quaint little town of Murfreesboro, Arkansas. Located in the Crater of Diamonds State Park, you can explore and mine diamonds! They also have antique stores full of treasures, fun little restaurants, and a craft coffeeshop. brbrA little North of the cabin is Lake Greeson. Here you can boat, swim, fish, tube, and explore the areas around this beautiful lake.

The Old Mill Cabin #2 is located on the Little Missouri River just one mile north of the Crater of Diamonds State Park, one of the only places in the world where the public can search for real diamonds in their original volcanic source. Our property is located on the site of the historic Royston Grist, Lumber and Textile Mill. Fully furnished with all the amenities of home.brbrThe spacebrMake yourself at home in the living room with 2 couches, chair and big screen TV. Don't want to watch TV There's an assortment of board games for you to enjoy!brbrOld Mill Cabin #2 has a master bedroom with queen bed, recliner, and private full bath. brbrBedroom #2 is the bunk room with a twin over full and twin over twin beds. brbrBedroom #3 has a queen bed and shares full hall bath with Bedroom #2. brbrAlso, in the hallway is a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Just sit back and watch the wildlife walk into the yard. Any hunting on the property will be prosecuted. We do not allow metal detecting on our property; this is an agreement between us and the Historical Society. Please leave metal detectors at home. Violation of this rule will be grounds for termination of rental. Just come and enjoy and be my guest.brThe spacebrMy standard cleaning includes bleaching all countertops, bathroom spaces, vacumming, mopping, dusting, bleaching all towels and linen in the hottest water with 2 rinses, there are extra sets of linens for each bed and they are alternated after each stay and now all doorknobs, remotes, light switches, and any common areas used are being sanitized. Robins Nest will make you not want to leave, it’s full of southern charm as is our little town. The home has many items created by local artist featured in Town Square Gallery on the town square. Located at the Little Missouri River at the historic Old Factory Site. This 2 story cabin provides all you need (and everything you don’t) to get away and LIVE LAZY! One of very few homesites located near a trout release point. You can get your gear and walk right to the river to start fishing! brbrThe cabin's interior is a combination of rugged log cabin with a modern flare. The finish out is clean and simple yet continues to remind you that you are tucked away next to the Little Missouri River. This fully furnished cabin allows you to walk in and immediately GET LAZY! The downstairs has an open living/entertaining space with a full kitchen, dining area, and living area that stays the center of all the action. brAs you make your way to the back of the cabin you will find a full bath and full laundry room. At the very back of the cabin are two queen bedrooms separated from the living space so you get the rest you deserve! Upstairs is an additional queen bedroom, full bathroom, a hang out area with 1 queen fold out couch, and access to the balcony perfect for your morning coffee. As you make your way back down stairs and outside, you will find wrap around porches that lead you to the back of cabin entertaining space. This space includes a fire pit, park style charcoal grill, picnic table, and outside games. Wildlife is plentiful, it is not out of the ordinary to see deer in the yard, eagles flying over head, and trout swimming in the river! brbrThe Little Missouri River is controlled by the Hydroelectric Dam which is used to generate power. The river will rise as much as 3 feet when generating. The generation schedule is subject to change without notice to meet power demand. In addition, the schedules from SWEPCO only reflect releases through the hydropower facilities and do not include normal U.S. Army Corps of Engineers releases.
