Located just off the Narrows on a large cove of the lake (Hurricane Bay) with a 6-foot wide gentle sloping pathway leading to the lake where you will find a small pebbled beach. Minutes from Shiloh Marino and Lacy’s Marina.br The open common area features lots of comfortable seating and an Arkansas field stone log fireplace with plenty of firewood onsite. There is also a fire pit outside for making s’mores in the summer or sitting around a warm fire in the cooler months. Enjoy the corn hole set, giant Jenga and the board games on the beautiful deck with family and friends. There is also a well stocked kitchen with Thermador ceramic cook top and Kitchen Aid mixer for the nights you are cooking in. There is a large private Master King bedroom with a beautiful view and an en-suite bath with shower and large jacuzzi tub located on one end of the house with lots of windows/light and direct access to the deck. There are 3 additional bedrooms located on the other end of home, one with a King bed, the other a queen bed and the the smaller bedroom with a full-size bed. You will also have access to neighborhood’s community boat ramp just steps away (one house down.) The ramp offers a place for easy drop off and pick up of passengers throughout the day is one house down from our back door and is a UNIQUE ADVANTAGE of our home’s location. While there is no overnight parking on the lake or by the boat ramp, there is room in our driveway or our yard to park your trailered boat overnight / boat trailer during the day, so bring your boat! Shiloh Marina is 3 minutes away and Lacy’s Marina is 5 minutes away if you want to inquire about overnight boat slip parking or renting a pontoon boat for the day.
