You are walking distance from the ski bus and a short 5-minute drive to the lift.brbrIn the summer there is no shortage of biking, sailing, boating, swimming, beaches, hiking, outdoor dining, and concerts. You’re only a 12 minute drive from the nearest beach, Nevada Beach State Park.brbrThe downtown strip has plenty of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and casinos. All your needs can be met within 5-10 minutes of leaving the condo.brbrVery close by/walkable is a convenience store, a local friendly pub, Fox + Hounds, and Ski Rental.brbrGuest accessbrThe condo is located on the top floor of a 4-story building. There is no elevator. Wheelchair access is not available. Access requires climbing 6 flights of stairs.
