We have a high-efficiency washer and dryer available for your use. Linens and towels are provided for your use. This house sits right on the main river (Crystal River) and has two boat docks, a great view down river toward Three Sisters and Hunter Springs. We have just done a large outdoor paving path with large wood fire pit. A great place during the day or at night to sit and see the sights. brbrWhen you first walk into this house you will notice the large open area, beautiful travertine flooring with plenty of room for all. brbrTo the right you will find a new big spacious kitchen with new granite countertops, new appliances, a large prep space and seating. This area has a large dining room table with seating for 10 people and a wet/coffee bar area. The kitchen if fully stocked and you will find everything you need when prepping and cooking meals. brbrThere is plenty of room in the main living room for all to relax on the sectionals and reclining couches. There is a large flat screen tv with big windows with views of the pool and the river. br brYou can exit the living room to the screened in heated pool area. In the winter months the heater can be run for a small daily charge. This area is large with plenty of seating, lounge chairs and even a large table to eat outside and enjoy the views and the weather. This area will become one of the main hang out spots during your stay. You are close to the covered gilling area, with a view of the boat docks and the outdoor firepit. You can watch the kids play in the pool or keep an eye on them while they fish off the two boat docks from the pool area. brbrWalking out of screened in pool area you will find the covered gilling area with lights, this is very nice when the weather isn't cooperating with you. brbrWe have a very nice and large paver area with plenty of seating and a wood fire pit where you can sit and enjoy the view, watch the boats go by or just relax. Plenty of seating and tables so you enjoy each other's company and a meal. Again, you can watch the kids fish off the dock or swim in the pool right behind you while enjoying the outdoor patio area. br brGoing back inside.......this house has some amazing and well thought out bedrooms. brThe first primary bedroom is very large and offers two queen size beds, a flat screen tv, a sitting area and its own private kitchenette. The private bath has a soaking tub, walk-in shower, walk-in closet and double vanities. This bedroom has an attached kitchenette with a stove, a full size fridge, microwave and coffee (keurig) maker. The bedroom/sitting area has french doors which open up to the screened in pool deck and unobstructed views of the river.brbrThe second primary bedroom offers a king size bed, a flat screen tv, and a big walk-in closet. There is an attached bathroom with large vanity. This bedroom also has french doors which open up to the screened in pool deck.brbrThe third bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen tv and a large closet. brbrThe fourth bedroom has another queen bed, large closet and a flat screen tv. In the living room you will find a twin size trundle bed that sleeps two, perfect for children. brThe screened in sunroom/Lanai has a large flat screen smart TV that overlooks the pool, water and floating dock. Perfect for hanging out at the pool after a long day on the water. The back and side yards are fenced in perfect for watching children play or fish. There is a large 2 car garage and plenty of storage area. There is room in the driveway for two vehicles & a boat trailer. No parking in garage, grass or street areas.brbrThis home is located on a deep canal with Gulf access. VERY large boats access this canal easily. There is one bridge going out to the Gulf but it is 40 feet high so NO height restrictions. The house is about 5 miles from the scalloping grounds & approximately 5-10 minutes drive from King’s Bay, 3 sisters springs, and hunter springs and 35 minutes from the Gulf of Mexico by boat (its a NO WAKE ZONE in the River, please be careful with manatees!!!). Fort Island Beach is also very close by, and we highly recommend seeing a sunset there!brIf you love fishing/scalloping, this is the place to be! Crystal River has the best Scalloping grounds in the US., the best action is usually in 4-6 feet of water around Gomez Rocks at Latitude 2829.8, Longitude 8243.7. Offshore, there is shallow and deep water fishing. In the area there are large sailfin, catfish, sheepshead, red snapper, snook & redfish. You can also catch freshwater bass and trap blue crabs off the dock. The house is only a short walk from the Crystal River State Park Reserve and the Mullet Hole fishing spot. brbrPLEASE NOTE: Pool heat temperature varies based on weather and outdoor temperature. Owner has no control on cold weather and cannot be held liable for any reason if pool heater cannot get temperature to 84 degrees.
