Cottage has 3 bedrooms, master has a queen size bed, one with double bed and one with twin bunk beds and a single twin bed. There is also a twin daybed with trundle twin on the porch (Quilts and pillows provided; sheets and towels not provided). Open style floor plan in the kitchen and living room. Kitchen just updated! Year round porch attached to the master bedroom and living room. The cottage has a full indoor bathroom with a shower and an enclosed outdoor shower (hot and cold water) with changing area. There is a grill outside with seating area. The house is fully furnished, so all you need to worry about is bringing your beach clothes, food, towels and linens! There are no pets allowed.brbrWest Beach area is extremely family friendly. There are several private beaches that you can sit on within a 2-3 minute walk or the public beach is a short walk from the cottage. The public beach has a playground and snack bar. Several times a month movies are shown outside at the public beach.brbrWe are conveniently located just a few blocks away from Westbrook center. Other local attractions are the Westbrook Outlets and Movie theatre about 5 minutes away by car and the Clinton Outlets about 10 minutes away by car. Mystic and the casinos are about 30 minutes away by car. All of these attractions are a great alternative on a rainy day or for a girls’ weekend away. If you enjoy boating, Brewer Pilots Point Marina is only few minute drive away, or a 10 minute walk. Elks Club is located right down the street and hosts bingo on Wednesday nights. Inside the cottage, we have menus and a list of local restaurants and other activities.
