Master bedroom has an amazing water view and large deck to capture beach breezes. Custom commercial style kitchen (Sub-Zero fridge & Viking range). Three full updated bathrooms. Plenty of parking. Six minute Uber from Fairfield train station to house. While we are happy for guests to invite others over, homes are close to one another and we do not allow large parties which are disruptive to the neighbors.
