There are four wineries within 6.5 miles of the house as well as historic sites such as Monticello & Ash Lawn which are each about 5 minutes away. The house is bright and airy, features all hardwood flooring throughout, a large kitchen, screened in porch and separate outdoor seating area by a babbling fish/frog pond. Below the house is a fire pit surrounded by 8 Adirondack chairs as well as directly accessible walking and horse trails through bordering land which is under conservation easement. brbrUpstairs there are three bedrooms. The master is very spacious and bright with a king bed, large, padded headboard and its own full bathroom and tub and 65 inch Smart TV mounted on the wall. brThe second bedroom features a queen bed and is very bright and airy surrounded by windows. We are two minutes from the renowned Clifton Inn, a popular wedding destination and 5-star restaurant. Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello is a 7 minute drive and wineries are all around the area. I grind my own favorite local coffee been from Greenberry’s prior to each arrival for my guests to enjoy. In season, enjoy our own private swimming pool while taking in the mountainous view. All guests have access to use the pool. Please let us know if you will be using the pool past 6:30 pm as we like to swim laps then and can adjust. Pool is seasonal usually opens late April and closes end of September.
