Please note that the entire town of Winooski sits in the Burlington International Airport flightpath. On the bright side, you are close (less than 10 minutes) to the airport! However, this also means that you are likely to hear planes going by during your stay- especially if the windows are open, mostly during daytime hours. In addition, once or twice per day on weekdays you might hear the F-35 jets going overhead. While the sounds from commercial flights are pretty mild, you are likely to hear jets on weekdays (usually around 9:30AM) that may disrupt Zoom meetings or wake you up if you are trying to sleep in.brbrGetting Around:brWe are located just a few minutes drive from I-89 and 10 minute rides to the Burlington airport, downtown Burlington, or Essex Junction. There is off-street parking for 1 car in a parking lot behind the house, and street parking is available for any additional vehicles.
