This beautiful ranch home features 3 beds 2 bath on main living floor with a finished basement that adds 2 more bedrooms with a full bath, and another living room. This home is located in central PA, with a quick 25-30 min drive to State College, PA. Home of Penn State University. Quick mile drive to the highway on game day. The home is 18 miles from Tussey Mountain ski and Recreation. The area also has hiking, fishing, and more with a few state parks near by. Poe valley states park is 13 miles (estimated 30 min drive in the mountains), Reeds Gap State Park about 6 miles (estimated 14 min drive). Also 6.5 miles to Ray Vernon Estate wedding venue, just a few miles from Hartman Center, and Bell Mountain Estates.unfortunately the hot tub doesNOT work and will NOT be available.
