The preserved natural wetlands on each side of the property provide privacy.brbrThe home features a primary bedroom with a private 30' balcony and full bath on the upper level, and two small bedrooms with water views on the lower level that are served by a separate full bath.brbrThe kitchen is fully equipped (and we mean FULLY). The inviting living room features a working fireplace and 65” TV.
