Top floor has a master bedroom that features a balcony facing east with an ocean view with 1 full bathroom and queen-sized bed. The master bedroom provides one closet in bedroom, dressers and a flat screen TV.brbrTop floor has a second guest room with a partial southwest ocean view, 2 twin beds, walk-in closet, dresser, full bath and Roku smart TV.brbrFull size washer and dryer located on top floor.brbrFull kitchen equipped with microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator. There is also a smaller fridge in the garage that is great for chilling drinks. Dining room is open to the living room so the whole family can mingle.
