This multi level home is the perfect way to allow for family gatherings or just a week away at the lake!brThe main floor of our home has the kitchen and living room, both have a sliding glass door out to one of our decks, as well as a bathroom andbrWilkening fireplace.brGo upstairs to the master suite, containing the master bedroom with a sliding glass door out to the deck overlooking the lake. The full bath has an over sized vanity and two sinks, connected to an office that also has a daybed and trundle. brDown the first flight of steps from the main level are two more bedrooms, one with a deck off the lakeside of the home, another full bathroom and laundry room with HE Samsung washer and dryer.brThe downstairs family room has another flat screen TV, electric fire place, and comfortable seating area including a pullout queen bed. You won't feel like you are in the basement with two windows as well as another sliding glass door that takes you out to the patio with a hot tub. The basement also has another bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk bed with a trundle. brbrThe two stall garage that is connected to thebrhome through the laundry room is equipped with a full sink and counter area. brThe driveway to our property is paved, as well as the road to the property (will not travel on any gravel). The driveway is long with two areas to turn around allowing for plenty of room for parking.brbrAll of the rooms are equipped with TVs and Amazon fire-sticks. brbrIncluded with your staybrKitchen is stocked with pots, pans and other cookware, silverware, plates, cups, kids plates, cups, and silverware. The beach is sandy and the water is clear and weed free. brbrOn a dead end road, this property is extremely private for families. It is a completely remodeled home with 3 bedrooms in the main house. The garage games and fish cleaning sink are seasonal mid May-mid October as it's otherwise winterized.) brbrThe property includes a dock and a lift for renters. Docks are put in after ice out and taken out mid/late October. Times vary per year according to weather. It's approximately 15 minutes from downtown Walker. brbrThe property is professionally decorated and includes extra fun touches such as family board games, outdoor bean bag toss game (cornhole), gas fireplace in main living area, smart TVs in main home, wi-fi, rustic playhouse for kids and a screened in gazebo with gas firepit. Although we have a lot of room to roam, we ask that all renters respect our 6 person limit throughout their stay. We do not allow campers or tents to exceed this limit either. Violating this rule will result in losing damage deposits. brbrThe following is provided to renters: most necessary kitchen utensils/dinnerware/cookware, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, bed linens, bath linens, firewood, gas grill, paddleboard, paddle boat, cornhole bean bag game and ping pong table.brbrBoat lift: Uncovered, fits 19-20ft boat length up to 5,000 pounds. Docks and lift are removed sometime every October and every attempt is made to put them back in time for fishing opener. Timing depends on when the ice is off the lake and we are unable to offer a guaranteed date they are in or out because of these factors. brbr***Mid October - May the garage game space and fish cleaning sink are inoperable as they are winterized. Dock is also taken out during that timeframe.brbr***We do have an OUTDOOR security camera on our property that is motion activated. The Heartland Trial offers running and biking in the summer and cross-country skiing and snowmobiling in the winter. Tianna Country Club is also 1.5 miles away. This log cabin lake house has all the comforts of home with a beautiful view of Lake May. There is a wrap around deck that overlooks the lake, a firepit to roast smores, a grill to cook daily meals and plenty of outside seating. There is also a dock on the lake that can be enjoyed with a optional pontoon rental, or bring your own boat and launch it via the public boat ramp. The lot the lake house is semi private and the yard is large enough for some outdoor games. The lake house has city water and sewer. There is also a washer and dryer in the basement if you need to do laundry. The lake house has 5G internet and Direct TV that is included in the rental, however there is no land line telephone. The lake house is dog friendly with a $100 deposit and this is a non-smoking rental. There is a Pontoon for your use, which is included in the rental fee. We do ask that when you make your reservations to please put the proper number of people that will be staying as this does help with the cleaning staff for time management.

Your lake view is an unobstructed southerly view of Steamboat and Walker Bay all the way south to the city of Walker. The home can comfortably accommodate 12+ people: on the main floor there is one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, one full bath, kitchen, living room, dining room, second living room, and a laundry room with a 3/4 bath. On the second floor there is two queen bedrooms and a king bedroom with single bunk beds. There is a full bathroom upstairs. The large open kitchen and center island area gives you plenty of room for preparing meals for big groups. The second living room with TV allows a nice area for guests to get away from the main living space. Beautiful deck located on the lakeside for enjoying coffee or the evening BBQ while absorbing the breathtaking views. The property is an amazing three acres of flat level ground with a front yard large enough for any summer activities. Perfect for a family vacation, family reunion, fishing trip, or wedding. There is 250 feet of shoreline and a harbor to keep your boat or the boat you rent safe while you are here but we do not have a beach/swimming area on our property as the lake bottom is soft with some weeds.
