It’s includes a shared sunroom with apartment A. This two-story brick building was built in 1921 by the Olson Brothers who operated it as a window factory until after World War II sometime. Then it set empty for a few years, operated as a wire factory for a short time, then as a cabinet manufacturer, and just recently as a sign and apparel company. The original shop area on the first floor has been converted to a dual space where 1/3 of the space is now dedicated space for apartment C and the other 2/3 for a commercial business.

The Harstad Suite is named after local author and 26 year Clayton County Sheriff’s department veteran Donald Harstad.
