It’s a half of the duplex on the new community, attached 2-car garage, we’ll-stocked kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with landuary, beautiful indoor and outdoor plants and flowers. Library, Jc penny, Menards, Walmart, Target, Starbucks, little Caesars, Noodles Company, appetize, Sushi are just at the corner of my house.

She needs a few more updates but is perfect for anyone that wants to stay close to Mount Mercy, Coe College, St. Luke's Hospital or anywhere downtown. Note the address is 1515 E Ave NE, not East Ave:)brbr3 bedrooms and full bathroom on upper floor. Single bedroom, full bath, living room, dining room and kitchen on main floor. Main floor shower has some dings in it but is clean and works great. Upstairs bathroom has a clawfoot tub shower that has the curtain all the way around. Kitchen has new vinyl flooring but cabinets need to be repainted. Hardwood floors have recently been refinished. Any other questions about the condition let me know but price is discounted for the minor imperfections while we work to make this a home to be proud of and stay in:)brbrShuttle service to and from airport available for a fee.
