The house is surrounded by trees, you can get nice breeze when all windows and doors are open. Opening windows brings in fresh air at night as the temperature drops significantly at night. brThe temperature in the morning and afternoon is cooler on the lower level floor than the main floor. br brSTORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS - No refunds will be given due to inclement weather conditions. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. We highly recommend four wheel drive and chains during the winter months. The easement does not get plowed in the case of snow. There is a snow shovel in the cabin that can be used if necessary. There are no refunds due to road conditions. We are not responsible for weather changes or power outages due to severe weather. brbrDISHES: All soiled dishes are placed in the dish washer and cycle started to be cleaned before departure.
