Its main features are a stately wood-paneled dining room that can sit 6 -8 people comfortably around the wooden country table, a newly remodeled kitchen that is fully equipped for gourmet cooking, an expansive living room with comfortable couches to enjoy a book from our vast selection of architecture, photography and art books, and a large light-filled master bedroom with an extra large California King, plenty of storage space, its own bathroom and private balcony overlooking the backyard. There is another full bathroom on the same floor.brbrFrom there, you descend the stairs to the private patio where you will enjoy cooking on the gas grill and dining outside on the extra long wood table. brbrThe newly renovated garden studio is facing a beautiful garden. It has its own private entry and patio seating. This spacious and architect-designed 450 sqft studio has an inviting living space, a very comfortable sleeping area, a modern bathrooom (with a rain shower and heated towel-rack) and an efficient kitchen. All the appliances are new. brbrThe laundry room has a washer and dryer, accessible directly from the back door of the studio.brbrStreet parking is free and plentiful.brbrOur North Berkeley neighborhood is a walker and biker paradise .
